GENERAL LECTURE FROM ALUMNUS

Friday (9/11/12), Department of Food Science and Technology UNS is conducting general lecture whom the speaker is Hersynanda Karyadi from PT Charoen Phokpand Indonesia Tbk. He was invited as the practitioner in food industry as well as one of the best alumnus of our department. The event is very important, particularly for new students. The speaker greatly explained (1) why studying in department of food science is very prospective; (2) how is the recent condition of food industry; (3) what will we do as practitioner in food industry; (4) how to get a job after graduating; (5) how is the best strategy to study in university; (6)  ensuring the students that our department is not inferior compared to other university; and many more. The participants were very enthusiast with this lecture. So was I, as the moderator.
