The Nestlé Indonesia Management Trainee program is an essential part of our people development approach. Many of our leaders in Nestlé Indonesia today are graduates of this program.

Program Outline

The Nestlé Indonesia Management Trainee program will take a duration of 24 months, and leverage on the 70-20-10 Development Principles to give a holistic apporach to people development.

Key Dates:

• Open Application: May 1^st – May 24^th, 2013
• Campus Roadshow & Business Competency: May 27^th – June 14^th, 2013
• Nestlé Assessment Center: June 24^th – July 5^th, 2013
• Final Interview: July 8 – July 26^th, 2013
• Selected Candidates Result: August 12^th-23^th, 2013
• Nestlé Management Trainee Program start: September 23^th, 2013
