The participant joined in this event would be trainer on <em>Achievement Motivation\u00a0 Training<\/em> for \u201cnewborn\u201d student in mid of 2013. The participants should present 7 habits popularized by Stephen R. Covey, including (1) be proactive; (2) begin with the end in mind; (3) put first things first; (4) think win-win; (5) seek first to understand, then to be understood; (6) synergize; and (7) sharpen the saw. Besides in class training, the participants also perform outbound activity.
